Poor service As soon as I walked in they was not friendly. I was on time for my oil change it took over 2 hours to complete. My engine light is still on will have to wait until the shop opens again. Not happy you replaced the exhaust manifold. Per our mechanic he states the scope states it is my C02 and since they changed out th shop opens again. Not happy you replaced the exhaust manifold. Per our mechanic he states the scope states it is my C02 and since they changed out the entire exhaust manifold they also needed to chg the C02. For a person who has purchased 3 truck/ cars at your dealership NOT HAPPY More

Always great service! I’ve had great service at Planet Nissan since I purchased my Maxima there brand new in 2012. Since the town has just shut down, I’ve lost my ability t I’ve had great service at Planet Nissan since I purchased my Maxima there brand new in 2012. Since the town has just shut down, I’ve lost my ability to earn an income like so many others. Heath Marquardt was able to offer me a substantial discount from the original estimate on some needed repairs. Their original estimate was already right in line with a few other independent shops that I checked with, so they really did save me several hundred dollars. You know you are at the right place when the people in sales and finance who helped you purchase your car still work here, and you’ve had the same great service advisor for the entire 8 years as well. Have Always Been Pleased I was met right away when I pulled into the Service bay. Within a few minutes, I received a text telling me that if I had any questions, to feel free I was met right away when I pulled into the Service bay. Within a few minutes, I received a text telling me that if I had any questions, to feel free to contact Ken. In addition to my oil change, I asked to have a problem checked. When the oil change was almost completed, Ken came out to explain the problem and the cost and wanted to know if I wanted to have it corrected. Although I had an appointment for the service, the time to take care of everything was a little longer than I expected since I was waiting. I appreciated the update midway through the service.
