Standard I have to say I was disappointed with this visit. I arrived at the dealership and not the usual reception or regular staff which I understand with the I have to say I was disappointed with this visit. I arrived at the dealership and not the usual reception or regular staff which I understand with the CV atmosphere. But was not aware of the change in procedures for service so when I was told to drop off and return it caught me off guard? I said I didn't know? He stated and I can't recall he's name because if was not Jared who greeted me "that all the dealerships where doing the same thing" I responded " I don't go to all the dealerships I go this this one and maybe you should tell the customer service gals to kindly remind their customers when making appointments!" needless to say they need to brush up on the courtesy as well! When I asked how long the wait he stated 1 1/2 hrs. and said are you waiting outside? I said do I have a choice .... so I waited at their tables outside. When finally got my car with a text maybe 45 mins I was greeted by I think Jared? no introduction and escorted to my car on the side of building. I said thank you as he handed my keys and that's all I got from him. I understand everyone is on edge with this CV issue but I still expect common courtesy from my dealership. I don't except to pay for services and be treated unkindly or have the courtesy to inform me what my options are? More
