I went in for service. My ac need a new compressor, I waited 3 and half hours before anyone informed me they needed to keep my car. I spoke with the service manager he was My ac need a new compressor, I waited 3 and half hours before anyone informed me they needed to keep my car. I spoke with the service manager he was nice he comped me a rental. He and Jenna were great. Debbie needs more training in customer service.. I have never had bad service before. This was off putting. Also the manger took $170. Off my $2800.bill. More
