I have 10 free oil change when I bought the Van. I only used 3 oil change out of 10. I live across the valley and the drive is 40 minutes from my house to this Nissan Dealership. When I checked in they sai used 3 oil change out of 10. I live across the valley and the drive is 40 minutes from my house to this Nissan Dealership. When I checked in they said I have to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change, the wait time is ridiculously long for an oil change with appointment. After I left the dealership and got pick up by my brother, i received a call, and stating that my free oil change is expired. No one told me that it has an expiration for my free oil change. But anyways, I paid the oil change beacuse I don’t want to go back and get the van and drive back home for another 40minutes. I will never go back in this Nissan Dealership to service my Van. Not convenient, to drive 40minutes and the staff are not friendly! They just there I guess because its a Job. Customer service is 1 star. More
The salesmen lied to me said it will get 40miles to the gallon no it barley gets 30.
