Well to start off I purchased a brand new frontier and the fan shroud came off and was falling into the fan. Glad I caught that. Then my brand new radio went bad. So that had to be replaced. That wouldn't be so bad but the radio is a left over that was supposed to go into a 2015 Titan. So now my 2019 brand new truck has left over parts from other vehicles. There goes my resale value. But apparently no one cares about the impact these has on me . You couldn't even run the car through the car wash or offer anything to make me feel better. So in short I am writing this because you keep sending emails. I will never buy another vehicle from you again and will not have anything good to say about my service. You should go to Ford like have all these years and maybe get a few customer service pointers. More
