The car service is great, never had a problem. It's just that I've been to many Nissan dealerships and this one by far needs the most work and improvement on its customer shuttle service. Driver said he worked until 4:30 pm and when we called the receptionist said no shuttle service after 3:30pm. That is very early knowing that customers cars are still being worked on. Many other Nissan dealers have shuttle service past 3:30pm. If customers are within range limits for shuttle service past 3:30pm while their car is being worked on they should have that service on hand More

Service was good. The wait time seems long. When I call for an appointment, the person on the phone is rude most of the time. One exception is I called the day before The wait time seems long. One exception is I called the day before to confirm on Monday to verify that I was the first to be served and the lady on the phone told me I wasn’t. She was very nice and told me that she would make an earlier appointment. Her attitude was great which was the first time someone on the phone seemed helpful. When I called the prior week the man on the phone who scheduled my appointment told me I was first and he was rude. This kind of service makes me want to go somewhere else More
