My service rep Heath needs to be more friendly and welcome his customers better. I came from United Nissan and had Fabian and William as my service reps. Excellent service.. I always deal with Heath Marquardt when I come in for service.. As always he did a great job, and addressed my concerns.. I was unimpressed with the service. Unlike dealerships I’ve been to in this past, this one did not explain what they were doing to my car and left me in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours with no update.
