When I first got there I felt like he was so eager to tell me every single thing wrong with my car and what I needed. Mind you it only has 21,000 miles. I get it he’s doing his job but never felt this wa tell me every single thing wrong with my car and what I needed. Mind you it only has 21,000 miles. I get it he’s doing his job but never felt this way any other time I’ve serviced my car in the last 5+ years. That’s not why I’m upset although put a bad taste in my mouth. I was told my battery needed to be changed on the online portal. I called because I havent even had my car for three years and he wanted to charge me. Then he figured out it would be covered under warranty once he actually looked. I then receive a phone telling me he has bad news you don’t have the battery for my car and the only one you have is 400 dollars. He then proceeded to let me know I can go to auto zone or Walmart and purchase my own battery. I was so confused, since when do you have a warranty and go to purchase what’s under your warranty yourself??! If you only had a 400 battery why would you not use it since it’s no my fault you don’t have my battery? Or you purchase one and put it in my car? He then told me thats how it was at all the nissans. I took it upon myself to call a different Nissan and they were able to replace my battery no problem just had to get approval to not use a Nissan battery. Mind blown how terrible your customer service how is it one Nissan just makes a phone call and does it no problem but you guys tell me I can purchase my own battery that’s covered under my warranty. Maybe practice more on customer service and less on sales More
I had t travel to the dealership several times to work out the deal I wanted. Courtney was great and she worked hard to get the deal done. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new ride.
