After going to close to 10 different dealerships, I decided to return to Planet Nissan to purchase my new car. I want certain on the car I wanted so he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the options they had available and brought out great cars to look at. The sales manager (I believe it was Lou but I’m not positive), however, was less pleasant. He was definitely more interested in making a sale more than anything else. I had a set monthly payment and overall price I didn’t want to go over. When he brought options to the table that were $25-$50+ more than what I wanted to pay monthly, he h set the pressure to make the deal anyway, even though I made it clear to him I wasn’t comfortable with the higher payments. In the end, I was able to get the price and payment I needed to make it work for me and got a great upgrade from the car I was driving. Overall, I’m a satisfied customer and will likely return in the future. More
