I had a great experience checking in and being served. Everyone was extremely nice and the service people, cashier, and The salespeople on the floor were exceptionally attentive and supportive during my v Everyone was extremely nice and the service people, cashier, and The salespeople on the floor were exceptionally attentive and supportive during my visit. The reason you received a good and NOT Great: In the rest area where the cars are located, I was on my computer and one worker behind the desk started talking politics. That was a little disturbing, we are in a highly sensitive and hostile environment across the nation and to have a worker discussing politics in a loud voice, is unprofessional and unacceptable. On the flip side, this is an opportunity for personal development training on Customer Interaction Training or Customer Service Training. More

Had 10AM appt for an oil change & tire rotation. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. 3 hours later we finally drove out. I do appreciate that they did do my tire rotation (pre Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. 3 hours later we finally drove out. I do appreciate that they did do my tire rotation (previous dealership did not) BUT 3 hours is a bit excessive!! More
