I just got a pre owned car from this dealer, the volume on the radio was acting funny and they told me that’s just how it is, a week later I took it to another dealer for service and they told me it was a on the radio was acting funny and they told me that’s just how it is, a week later I took it to another dealer for service and they told me it was a recall, also when I got the car they gave me a paper to sign that said that the car had no recalls at the time and the other dealer told me that the radio problem is been a common thing on their new models, so I just feel like they do t really know what’s going on with their own cars.
