After 1 hour and 45 minutes left ---nothing started on simple oil change. I was told the car wold be ready in 3 hours. That the oil change took 3 hours. I have been here twice now and both times have had issues. The first time the sales associate was not knowledgeable on any of the vehicles I wanted to know about and had to leave and do my own researc issues. The second time I got a different associate from a call. He told me about the promotions going on and he ran my credit over the phone without my permission. Then when I went into the dealership he came out of his office and yelled at me. The guy I ended up working with, Bryan He was cool. He stood up for me and told Marvin Felix that he shouldn’t talk to customers like that. Definitely recommend Bryan. He was great. Anyone that has to deal with Marvin Felix I’m sorry for you, he’s a horrible associate with a bad attitude. 10/10 would not recommend. Nissan does need to work on training their employees on the cars better though. Again was not the most knowledgeable on the vehicle I did purchase. I did go home and do my own research since a lot of my questions were answered with hesitation and incorrectly. More
