A few days ago, the battery of my Nissan Sentra, which was 32 days old at the time, just died. There was no reason why. Nothing spectacular, just a basic dealership service area. Customer Service was lacking from everyone from the guy who greeted me, to my Service Advisor and the Cashier. Upon having an appointment time, it still took over four hours to install a simple car battery.
