Made an appointment a week in an advance and what service was for. Showed up at appointment and worker said they have to see if the they even have the part. One hour and 45 minutes goes by and they hadn’t ev was for. Showed up at appointment and worker said they have to see if the they even have the part. One hour and 45 minutes goes by and they hadn’t even checked to see if they had the part. Luckily, they had the part and changed out the service in 15 minutes. In addition the worker was overworked and frazzled, forgetting we even had a conversation about checking to see if Nissan had the part. This was the worse experience I have had here. Very unorganized, poor customer service, and time wasted. More
The online scheduler worked. .when I called for help, it was terse and unaccommodating. Service dept lied about what was wrong with my car. They said u needed $4500 worth of work needed and that I had a cracked exhaust manifold but told me if I wanted to see a picture of the cracked manif They said u needed $4500 worth of work needed and that I had a cracked exhaust manifold but told me if I wanted to see a picture of the cracked manifold they would have to charge me for showing it to them. They sent some random pictures which didn’t show any cracks anywhere. The only thing they were right about was I needed spark plugs because of my mileage. I found several reviews online stating that they send fake pictures to customers to make them think something is wrong with their car. More
I can’t even begin to express how frustrated I am. I will say, I initially came for 1 problem and left with the same issue over a thousand dollars later.
