The service department is outstanding! I am giving a 4 because I wasn't made aware as to why it was taking so long t o change the battery in my car. What should have been at most 1 hour I am giving a 4 because I wasn't made aware as to why it was taking so long t o change the battery in my car. I understood the reasons given when I asked, but it would have been nice to just send a text, since that option was available, to let me know what was going on. More
