I think there are things that can improve the customer service. It would be better to talk over the phone. I would neither recommend or not recommend. A 20 minute oil change should not take over two hours. I asked why they use appointments. Answer; to get me into the dealership. Even with an appointment writer said I could wait but there 13 cars ahead o asked why they use appointments. Answer; to get me into the dealership. What I should have asked was would it be ready that day, the next day, or Monday. More
