My car would not start occasionally. I thought maybe it was the starter or alternator(but I am not a mechanic). I pay the high dealership prices so my car would be fixed correctly. It took a week of me not having my car to get alternator changed .I was told initially the alternator was fine. The day after I picked up my car, I had the very same problem and the check engine light went on. The thermostat needed to be replaced. Brought my car back(no shuttle service to pick me up the next day), spent 11.00 on Lyft to get to dealership. So after spending over 800.00 the first time(which didn't fix the problem-around 300.00 in parts) and 300.00 the second time(15.00 part), I wonder if the first 800.00 was necessary? I am very concerned about the quality of work at Nissan. More

I was disappointed with the service I received. I brought my Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and smog test for registration. I arrived on time and checked my vehicle in. I waited almost 3 hours b brought my Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and smog test for registration. I arrived on time and checked my vehicle in. I waited almost 3 hours but never was notified that my vehicle was ready. So I went to the cashier to check. They checked and said my car was ready so I paid the bill thinking that it was ready and they gave me the car back. When I arrived home I checked my invoice and found that they had not done the smog test and charged me for the oil change which was supposed to be free per my purchase contract. I called the device department and vented my displeasure. I was told to return the following day and they would test my car. I'm glad I checked back with the dealer before I tried to register my car. No one at the dealer ever told me that they had not given my car a smog inspection. I am very disappointed with the service. More

I called on Monday to get a service time, no response, I then tried on Tue via the online request, no response. I then called on Wed, no response once again. I then called on Thursday and finally got an a then tried on Tue via the online request, no response. I then called on Wed, no response once again. I then called on Thursday and finally got an appt for the next Monday. I arrive on time for the appt on that Monday and was told that I would get an update at 2:30. This time came and went so I tried to text around 3:15 via the text sent to me when I dropped off the vehicle. No response. I then called the service rep at 4 p.m. and was told the following: Can not get to the car until the next day, technician was tied up in another job that took longer then expected and they were short staff. I could not leave the car overnight or the next day due to a planned trip to the airport. I was then told that there was no shuttle service available at that time so I was left to find my own way to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Life happens and things did not go as planned ... I get that but why was there no communication from them to me explaining this situation? I was left hanging and with little time to make arrangement to accommodate my schedule. If I could give a zero I would ! More
