They were wonderful, accommodating and empathetic. I worked with Daniel, the internet manager and explained my situation and he did everything he could to make sure I drove out with a car. I let them know I didn’t have a lot of time, and for the process of buying a car, the process went surprisingly pretty fast. My favorite part of the transaction was that they had a docupad to sign all documents electronically. That might have been the highlight of the day. It was so cool! More

Would have given 5 stars, but must be honest. The part I needed was in stock when I made the appt but had sold out in the 2 days it took to get my vehicle to dealership for repair. No big deal, had to reschedule for the next day and the part was delivered to dealership a few hours earlier than I was told to expect it, so all's well that ends well. My service writer kept in touch with me and was happy with my fix. More
