I scheduled an appointment online for an appointment at Planet Nissan on 12/31/24 @ 1:30pm because I had problems with my car starting two days earlier. I get there at 12:45 only to be told I have to be"treated like a walk in" even though I showed them my online confirmation. They asked if I could leave my car there until Thursday because they closed at 3 and I said absolutely not. I directed them to provide a FREE multipoint inspection. While waiting I heard one of the employees who came out of the service area tell another employee their day was going "slow" which indicated to me that they had the time to service my vehicle. I was then told my car was ready, given my keys and told where my car was parked. Nothing said to me about the results of the inspection, not even a "everything checked out."
