Planet Lincoln took great care of us, we own a 2017 Mkz and now a 2020 corsair. I've always been impressed with the dealership for servicing my Black Label MKZ when it came to a new car for my wife there w and now a 2020 corsair. SpeciL.praise has to go to Seth Opperman, I know I'm not an easy guy to sell to, 30 years in sales will do that to you Seth did a great job, put lots of options to us, helped us understand the lease, listened, never gave up and got us a good deal. Seth was responsive to texts about current stock at the dealership and was upfront and personable throughout the whole buying experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We received calls from several members of the staff. However Seth was our initial contact. He continue to call us even when we didn't seem interested.
