I took my 2018 SUV (under warranty) into Planet Lincoln for a minor fluid leak. I was told by the service writer that he would call me when they diagnosed the problem. On day 3, no contact so I contacted for a minor fluid leak. I was told by the service writer that he would call me when they diagnosed the problem. On day 3, no contact so I contacted him. All he would say was that I was in line. On day 4, the service writer would not return my calls, so I called the main number and talked to another service writer. ONLY AFTER REPEATEDLY PRESSING HIM, he said he would check to see how long they estimate before they would LOOK AT MY VEHICLE. When he returned he said it would be at least 7-10 days just to look at it! I then asked if I could pick it up and when it was my turn in line could I bring it back in. RESPONSE: YOU TAKE THE VEHICLE, YOU LOOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE! You know and I know they knew what the timeframes were when I dropped it off. If they had told me it would be 2 weeks to even look at it, I would not have left it with them. Actually, if they had told me that over the phone, I would not have wasted 4 days and an hour driving to drop it off and pick it up and be without a vehicle for 4 days. So I picked it up (30 minute drive each way). I called the local Ford dealer and he said it would be 2-3 days to look at it and if they had the parts then would repair immediately. If they had to order parts, I could pick up my vehicle and they would call me when to bring it back in to make the repairs. Now that is the way to do business. Just be honest with the customer. Planet Lincoln has lost me as a customer for new vehicles and service. More

Professional, personable, figuring any way possible to meet our needs, I shopped internet over a 250 mile radius, and armed with all the research tools I could find. Planet Lincoln had the right combination of 2020 Aviators (used) with my desired equipment, low mileage and willing to take in my trade at a fair price. AND they had four 2020 Aviators, all with under 18,000 miles and Certified pre-owned as well. Don was patient when my wife took time to drive each, and answered our questions completely. When it came time to do the F&I gauntlet I was ready to do battle. George Adams personally did the deal, promptly and working to match the best financing I could find. All in all, this was the best transaction, with several choices for a car with very specific options, all ready to go, and with low mileage, and with a price that everyone could live with. I wish I had bought my other Lincoln here! (Service after the sale).... I ran back up to the dealership two days after the sale, and asked if anyone could help me retrieve my Rx sunglasses from the trade-in. George Adams dropped what he was doing, went to the detail shop, and the glasses had already been thrown out. But George persisted, and found the glasses, returning them with a smile! Great service, George! You are an inspiration going that extra mile, when there was no financial incentive, just a heartfelt thanks! More
