My beatiful 98 town car was going to my brother in law. Time to find a comfortable car for my wife. We are both over 65 and need some comfort. I called Planet Lincoln (90 miles away and thru Houston) because they advertised a 2012 mkz that was "maroonish"( sorry I don't do colors... ask the wife). I talked to Tran. Asked if he could beat the internet price. Said he would check, but that was normally their low price. Talked to his manager and he called me back in a few minutes with $500 lower. It was a good price. I asked for a drop dead tt&l drive out no hassle price. Ok I thought.. how long will I wait. Nine minutes later I had my answer. Hows that for promptness. I liked that number also. I told Tran I was on my way to look at the car. But no eta to get there. Finally arrived an I let car idle while I called wife to tell her I had made it. Looked up and Tran was standing there with a cold water bottle for me. ( remember...it's a used car). The car was in an ac controlled glass garage. We both looked it over. Tran found things and showed me. We put it in the sun and looked some more. We drove for awhile and I liked the car. We went in and started the paperwork. I got to meet the finance gentleman...nice guy. Paperwork was done and I hung around waiting for traffic to die down. Tran's manager came out and spent time with me. Seemed to be a real nice person. Open and straight forward. Tran mention my eife was feeling bad and Tran and his boss both thought it was best to deliver the car to me. What great people. The next day Tran called and said there was a problem. The rims were scuffed. He was going to put new rims on , but the car would not be ready that day. I said gosh that's not a problem. He would deliver the next day. I actually felt bad on how nice they were after the sale. And told him I'd meet him half way monday. The inside of the car looks showroom quality. The engine compartment ...immaculate. The new rims..sweet! Poor Tran spent several hours trying to show me how to work some of the electronics. Man this car is topped out on dodads. But he was very patient. This was the best car buying experience of my life...and I've been in this car buying experience more than a few times. Final thought... this is an experience you need to try. Give these folks a chance. They will not screw with you. And Ladies try these people they won't talk down to you or mess with you. Call Tran . He was above excellent. More

We were greeted by Sales Concierge Don Morgan, a knowledgeable, courteous, and informative individual. Don had a previous engagement, but left us in the capable hands of George Adams III. The next few hours were spent with a personable, attentive, experienced, low pressure person. An individual who is worthy of the position he holds of Director of Client Experience. By the time we left George, I was trained on the intuitive technology of our MKX. Training that is important to a new vehicle owner - as it takes the pressure off of “leaving with a vehicle you now know something about”. I can’t begin to capture all the accolades we have for The Planet Lincoln Dealership, nor all of the personable/experienced personnel they have on staff (Sales Concierge Don Morgan who followed thru with everything that had to be done to close our deal, and spent more time with me overseeing all my concerns, a very responsible individual, Service-Mr. White, Finance-Eddie Tullen, Receptionist-Brenda, etc., to name a few), but I can tell you that for the first time my Husband and I, didn’t question our decision to buy this vehicle. The Best Car Dealer in The United States (Period) I purchased a used car from Planet Lincoln - always a daunting experience. Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everyth I purchased a used car from Planet Lincoln - always a daunting experience. Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everything they know will be shared with you. Everyone, from the Sales Concierge, to the Finance Manager to the Sales Manager to the Director of the dealership was open, honest and warm. They allowed me to take the car, which was an rare thoroughbred, to a specialized mechanic for an extensive workup. When the results showed that the car had some deferred maintenance, they adjusted the price to make the overall value compelling. Only after I closed on the car did I learn that they had made sure it had excellent tires & brakes, perfect glass, new oil & filter, wiper blades, battery, etc. They never boasted that the car was good; they made it good. Well after the sale, they remained available for any questions. I drove 320 miles from New Orleans to buy this car from them and would drive twice that for this level of service, quality and integrity. Simply the best. More
