Don't let all the fancy hype fool you. I found a good deal online and flew down to get my truck. On my 600 mile trip home, I found the several things did not work and have had over $1000 worth of repairs that were little things but when you put them all together a good deal was not. Nice facility and staff, but the safety and electrical items that were broken should have been taken care of before the vehicle was offered up for sale. Beware of the average dealership in a shiny facade. More

Planet Lincoln did not play games to get you to buy a car. The whole process from picking out the MKC to signing the finance papers took only a couple of hours. In the past when I bought a car it would take all day to complete the whole process. Allen has called and sent emails numerous times since I bought the car to see if I had any questions about the car. He really cares about his customers.
