I was scrolling through Autotrader not expecting to find exactly what I was looking for when I saw a deal that I could not pass up. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and spok exactly what I was looking for when I saw a deal that I could not pass up. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and spoke with Frances Ramos who verified that they still had the car. She sent me a video walk-around and I told her that I was very interested and to not let anyone sell the car before I could get there. I let her know that I was about 2.5 hours away and she assured me that she had the keys in her hand and she would fight anyone who would try to take them. Three hours later, I arrive at the dealership and ask for Frances. The dealership is large but the people knew exactly who I was asking for and were very helpful and courteous in directing me to my sales-person. Frances was immediately on hand and I learned that she had made sure to not take any customers before me so that she would be available as soon as I arrived. She also had my vehicle ready to view and test drive as soon as we walked in. I really appreciated Frances’ attention to efficiency and customer service. She was so efficient that the longest I had to wait was for the finance department to finish with another customer so we could finalize the sale. From start to finish, I think the whole process took about 3 hours. I appreciate both Frances and George, who was filling in for the regular finance person; they made the process of purchasing a car from them feel effortless and timely. I would recommend Planet Lincoln and specifically Frances to anyone interested in buying a used car for a good price. More

Honest review/ opinion below. (Terrible Customer Service) Let me start by saying my first amendment right is protected using ANTI-SLAPP Law in addition to the CRFA. Last year I was very excited to purchase a new 2020 Lincoln Aviator from Planet Lincoln in Spring TX. The sales process was clean and to the point. Shortly after the purchase I joined an Aviator Group on Facebook to get ideas about customizing the vehicle. It didn’t take long before I started reading all the horror stories about issues with the new vehicle. In the beginning of ownership I experienced only a few isolated problems and was very thankful. However, I drive around 5,000 miles a month for business and it didn’t take long for small issues to creep up. After hearing a metallic clicking noise every time I would take off at a light or be near a concrete jersey barrier on the highway I decided to take the vehicle in around June 22nd. They provided me a loaner and I left. The original service advisor I dealt with got back to me in a few days and told me they couldn’t duplicate the problem. I drove up to the Planet Lincoln service department and was able to prove to him the noise/ problem existed. He acknowledged it and said they would resubmit to the shop. Then silence…. After multiple calls and physical visits to the dealership over a period of weeks I was given no explanation. When I made another physical visit to the dealership because no one would call me back, I was told my service advisor had quit. After meeting my new service advisor who had no clue what was happening I requested he follow up as soon as possible. He did not. After another extended period of time I returned to the dealership with my daughter. I was able to track him down and he then told me they couldn’t duplicate the issue and to wait in the customer area for my car to be brought up. We waited for 45 minutes in our masks and after no follow up, I again tracked him down to be told they were washing the car. They were not washing the car. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I was told by the advisor he was wrong and that the car needed 2 axles replaced! No explanation just that he would reach out when he knew more. Well, he never reached out and after calling multiple times and finally tracking him down I was told parts were delayed because Ford had retooled for making ventilators. I accepted this explanation and over time continued to call trying to get a lead time for the repair. After, rechecking my call logs today, I realized I reached out over 20 times and visited the dealership 5 time only to be given delay after delay. Finally, today after 3 loaner cars and being told only one axle of the 2 had arrived I went to the dealership only to be scoffed/ laughed at by the service advisor. His complete lack of communication and basic customer service skills is a terrible reflection on this dealership and the greater brand of Ford Motor Co. Unwilling to accept his horrific form of communicating I demanded a supervisor. He told me to wait 30 minutes while laughing, expecting me to leave. Instead I waited. After 45 minutes or so the service manager came out to speak with me. Unaware of the situation he went to check on the status. Upon his return, he confirmed the second axle had finally arrived. When asked how long it would take he wouldn’t provide a time frame, only a were very busy and will get it handled kind of response. This team at Planet Lincoln lacks any form of professional courtesy and furthermore the service advisor who is STILL handling my situation hides in his office, doesn’t return calls, missed my call and then I followed up immediately with another cell phone # only for him to answer on the first ring. Absolutely shameful. As of today, 8 weeks since dropping the vehicle off, I still have no timeframe or clue when I will get the vehicle back. Go ahead and give me your copy/ paste response social media department! More

Near perfect used car purchase experience My wife and I bought a used vehicle for our daughter from Anthony at Planet Lincoln and I have to say that was one of the most pleasant and painless e My wife and I bought a used vehicle for our daughter from Anthony at Planet Lincoln and I have to say that was one of the most pleasant and painless experiences I have ever had buying a new or used car. The car was in great shape, no surprises with the car, the price or any issues with the buying experience. When we were all done, the car was super clean, detailed, and had a full tank of gas so they sent us out the door happy. I do wish dealers toned down trying to sell things like special wheel or windshield protection - or offered a better way for me to consider these options without slowing down the buying process. Its a long enough process already and while I know most of it is required paperwork, etc., it makes these sales pitches that much more of a put off. But I don't hold that against Anthony and would refer anyone to him and Planet Lincoln. More
