Hello. This is the second time I had to bring my vehicle in for the same issue. I understood there was a maintenance backlog for service before bringing our vehicle to Planet Lincoln. I scheduled my vehic in for the same issue. I understood there was a maintenance backlog for service before bringing our vehicle to Planet Lincoln. I scheduled my vehicle for maintenance a week out. After bringing my vehicle in for repair, we waited another week for it to be completed. We purchased the Ford Premium Maintenance Plan. I thought the repairs were covered. The Fuel/Oil pressure sensors had to be replaced and the spark plugs were replaced. Also, I was unable to get my military discount because my card was already charged $1456. The service was great, My vehicle was repaired but the scheduling process and validating my service contract left me with concerns about the process. Thanks again for your support. More
