My only complaint is that valet schedule was not sent to me timely . The morning was scheduled for 10:15 and I got a notice about 9:20 that valet would be arriving at 9:33. I live in a hi rise where I have to get an elevator down to get my car out of basement parking to the street in the morning and then get to building in front to get my car back . I love having the car picked up and brought back but would appreciate adequate warning of when I need to have car out front and when it is on way back . More

We received prompt service. A leake was found and front plate and gasket replaced. It will take a little time to be sure it is fixed.
