Did not return phone calls. Online service scheduling website does not work. Did not fix the problem with my trunk (even though they had to open it to fix a piece that broke off). I'm a die hard Ford M website does not work. Did not fix the problem with my trunk (even though they had to open it to fix a piece that broke off). I'm a die hard Ford Motor Company customer, but Planet Lincoln is testing my loyalty. A car company is only as good as its dealers, and my experience with Planet Lincoln has not been good. I had no interaction with the service advisor other than one phone call, so I can't rate the personnel (although I had to give a rating to submit this review). More
