By far the slowest and worst dealership service department experience I've ever had. After numerous attempts to repair my car I just gave up with them. And it was under warranty. First class facility and customer service. From start to finish we were treated like we actually mattered as customers not just another sale. Valerian was awesome and answered all of our questions. I really love Planet Lincoln - beautiful facility and very nice people in the purchasing end. When it comes to service, there is little follow through. I made an appointment to have my car serviced (th very nice people in the purchasing end. When it comes to service, there is little follow through. I made an appointment to have my car serviced (they indicated it might take a few days) so arrangements were made for a loaner. I offered to bring my car in and pick up the loaner, but they assured me that was not necessary and when they picked up my car, they would deliver the loaner. The car was picked up, but no loaner was left. When I went to call and ask about the loaner, the guy told me I never confirmed the appointment. If that was the case, how was my car picked up? Sounds like confirmation to me. He then went on to tell me that he doesn't work at the dealership and he doesn't know what happened. Arrangements were then made (again) for a loaner to be delivered. A couple of hours later, as the loaner was being delivered, I got a call from the driver that my car was ready and the loaner was being returned to the dealership. I asked the driver when my car would be delivered and he said he had no idea "possibly the next day". The story keeps going. I was at a total loss for words. I spoke with Sam when making the original arrangements (a camera, or parts for a camera) had been on order for my vehicle for a couple of months and NO follow up or. updates had been provided. Sam told me he was the only one in the service department and they were overwhelmed. Not my problem. Sam is a nice guy, but you need to get the guy some help. Seriously, you will LOSE customers if this is the case. Then, when my car was ready, I was told my bill would be $120 but I had a coupon for the oil change and service call. Goodness gracious, nothing went right with this service appointment. The guy I spoke with about why my bill would be so high told me I needed to get over it and that their oil changes were expensive. I get that, but I had a coupon. I told him I did not want to speak to him any longer and decided I would deal with this at another time, with someone who had a brain and consideration for customers. Mike Davis called me the same evening and explained to me all the things that were going on at Planet Lincoln and he wanted me to know that he would do everything possible to make sure this never happened again. For the FIRST time in months, I actually got some answers and felt like I was talking to someone who knew the meaning of "SERVICE". Don't get me wrong, I like Sam and he is a nice guy - I just think he is overworked and needs support. I am not one to complain - I much prefer to share great stories and highlight people's hard work and effort. I want to be loyal to Planet Lincoln, but if this happens again, I will not return for maintenance that is not covered by warranty. More
I loved working with the entire group! I dealt with Brian who was great! Great customer service! Came back because I’ve worked with Termain for our last 4 leases. Love the finance manger as well!
