Moved to Dallas from another state. took my SUV in to the service department for a warranty repair, the previous dealership who did the initial work sent records of the repair. After 2 took my SUV in to the service department for a warranty repair, the previous dealership who did the initial work sent records of the repair. After 2 long weeks of ubering and borrowing cars to get to work, I was told the warranty part was not the problem and that $4500 worth of repairs on the sunroof was needed! BOLONY! The sunroof never had an issue! It was the sun SHADE that the warranty work was needed for. They avoid your calls while allowing your car to sit, and the end result is NO REPAIR. This service department is a money grab, while I just want the sunSHADE in working order. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Update: got the SUV back after 23 DAYS in WORSE SHAPE than it was when it was dropped off! 23 DAYS AGO. The shade was fully open, non operational and drooping down over the backseat. At minimum return the car to me in the condition I left it in….I am STILL WAITING for a callback that probably won’t happen….This is definitely not the customer service Ive known Lincoln to provide in the past. I wish I could attach the pix and video More
This review is after two years of purchase date, I second that the purchase experience is awesome and no other dealer can beat them. But by the time you start visiting the SERVICE department you will realiz that the purchase experience is awesome and no other dealer can beat them. But by the time you start visiting the SERVICE department you will realize how big are the lies you have been told from the finance manager during the purchase process. Anyway if your car still under warranty probably they won’t touch it or trying to fix it. Back on August I scheduled a service appointment without a LOANER just to get things done quickly because you need to wait at least a month to get a loaner car, so I rented a car on my own hoping to get my car fixed within a few days as they said. After two weeks back and forth with them they texted me (your car is ready we changed the AXLES and the MOTOR MOUNT and we test drive it and it’s ready, OKAY GREAT! I went there the next day to take the car, they handed me the keys only! no service invoice no nothing to sign! I drove home but the issue still the SAME!! Since September 10 till today September 24 trying to get the car back for service no one cooperate with me they just keep wasting time and if I didn’t call no one will follow up with me at all. I took the car to my mechanic and lift the car to check on the PARTS THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE CHANGED IT, and I was surprised how bad and unprofessional they are. They changed ONLY the right side AXLE!! The plastic cover under the engine is missing!! The wheel locknut is missing!! More
I've had my 2023 Aviator since December. Since then it's been in the shop several times for very basic things. This alone is frustrating, but there is not sense of empathy or advocation fro Since then it's been in the shop several times for very basic things. This alone is frustrating, but there is not sense of empathy or advocation from Planet Lincoln management or service advisors, with the exception of Alex (who is always super helpful). In the most recent experience, I brought my car in because the tire well pieces of fabric were falling down on both sides on the front of the car. On closer inspection, several of the plastic fasteners have fallen out, which caused parts of the well to fall onto the tires, which resulted in shredding of the pieces. Service says I had to have hit something that affected *both* sides of the car and therefore it's not covered under the extended warranty, despite no other signs of damage and the clear issues with fasteners. Just another example Of shoddy craftsmanship and unengaged service management. This will be the last Lincoln I ever own, noting 90% of that conclusion is based on service management. More

Was told that there are $3400 of add ons to every vehicle that they sell, and the customer has to pay for it without a choice. Upon pushing them on being able to make that choice, I was told that I would have to argue with them to have them take off the additional add ons. Was referred to a manager. The manager was going to "take care of me" and actually ADDED $578 to the price. I advised I wasn't interested and I would go elsewhere. Got a call about an hour later from another level of management. After I explained the situation to him, he advised that he didn't see what the issue was. I said it was OK and I was bringing my business elsewhere, so I was done talking about it. Then I get a text from a "managing partner" who wants to talk about it. I call and explain it to him and advise him that I have no interest in doing business with them and will be posting reviews for other people to see how they do business. I would be very leery dealing with these guys as they seem more concerned with someone posting reviews vs. handling a customer. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. More

Purchased a black label aviator here in November 2022 - the worst auto purchase experience of my life and likely the worst retail/customer experience that I’ve ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars i w the worst auto purchase experience of my life and likely the worst retail/customer experience that I’ve ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars i would. Here are some of the issues that occurred during my purchase process and afterwards. Ordering process - salesperson was not aware of current options on the cars and differences between the options. I spent an hour reading the Lincoln website and was much more aware of the various options. - Salesperson could not answer simple questions - Poor attitude - Unresponsive to emails and then after calling, i was told that i was switched to another salesperson without being notified Finance Process - Brought me a financing rate to sign which was not the agreed upon rate (1% higher) - finance process was generally smooth other than this Car Delivery Process - Tail light was out when the car was delivered; was not notified, it was not noticed by the dealership in the QC process, and i left the dealership with no tail light - It is 10 months later and i still am without a tail light (more on this in the service process below) - Tint; asked the salesperson 3 times to confirm the level of tint, 25% which is the state legal limit. Salesperson assured me it would be 25% on all windows. Car was delivered with 35% tint on the passenger windows and no tint on the rest of the windows (privacy glass only) - yet i was charged $400 (more on this in the Management section below). $400 for 2 window is grossly overpriced. Management - Contacted my salesperson and one of the sales managers on December 23 to discuss the tint issue above - was told that they would talk to the GSM and he would get back to me “after the holiday” - January 10 - still no response - emailed sales manager and also emailed GSM directly - no response - Finally receive a voicemail from GSM on January 19 - After we finally got on the phone, the GSM was highly highly combative about the tint issue from the moment he picked up the phone - stated that he didn’t believe me. Told me that there is zero chance they refund any of the $400 for the tint that not only was i lied to about (that it would be on all windows), but it was not the tint % that i requested (35% vs. 25%). You’d think after spending $85k on a car the dealership would be accommodating for something like this. Service - by far the worst part of this dealership - i paid for a Black Label car which is supposed to provide a superior level of service (the dealership is supposed to pick up the car from your house for appointments, etc.) - yet this was the worst service experience of my life - when I asked if the pickup service was available it seemed like a burden. First time i asked - “no drivers available” for drop off. Second time - it was 4pm and was told that it was only available until 5 and that there wasn’t enough time. Third time - they offered but only after i asked several times - After supposedly ordering my tail light part that had been faulty since car delivery - the service dept did not update me one time as to when the part would be delivered - i would call every 2-3 weeks and was told they would call me with an update - not one time did they call back. I am now 10 months into owning the car with no tail light and I haven’t heard from the dealership since i stopped checking in 6 months ago Overall Planet buying and service experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I will be going to another Lincoln dealer for any service needs even if i have to drive 45 minutes. People should avoid this dealership at all costs. More
