I bought my truck from Planet Hyundai (first mistake). I bought the extended warranty (second mistake because their warranty is TRASH). My truck started having problems before my warranty was up so, I sch I bought the extended warranty (second mistake because their warranty is TRASH). My truck started having problems before my warranty was up so, I scheduled an appointment and took it in. First, it took them 2 weeks after my appointment day to even look at it. Second, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. So, they replaced the transmission, and sent it to Ford to be reprogrammed. This whole process took 4 months. While at Ford my catalytic converter and O2 sensors got stolen. They did not call me to inform me of this. I had to call them. They get all of the replaced and call me to tell me that my truck is done. I went and drove it... it was doing the EXACT same thing it was doing before. They decided to send my truck to another Ford dealership. It took them 2 weeks to call Ford to make the appointment. Fast forward to month #6 Hyundai is now ready to keep all the warranty money and $500 deductible and "wash their hands" of trying to fix my truck. It is still doing the EXACT same thing it was 6 months ago when i dropped it off. The GM of the dealership (Jaime) even said that we can "tow our truck to Arkansas" , as we are moving in 50 days, and have it serviced there. We would have to pay another $500 deductible and HOPE the warranty company will actually take care of my truck. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More

Horrible service department! As a resident of florida stuck in colorado for 2 weeks because of Planet Hyundai this is costing me alot of money and time. More
