Prompt and courteous. Joshua was courteous with our first meeting at the service center for a wheel alignment. He did an initial walk around the vehicle and pointed out things that I had not noticed under the hood. I had dropped off my Santa Fe early knowing that I would have to come back later to pick it up. While doing some family things and then going home I received the call that my vehicle was ready which saved me a trip back into town. They even did a multi-point inspection of my Santa Fe, all of this was done before my appointment time. Thank you Gene More

My Planet Hundai experience When we arrived on the lot we were greeted immediately. We were then taken inside the building and offered water or coffee. He helped us decide exactly what we were looking for and also explained what kind of price range we were looking at. We test drove two cars and decided on the second one. I feel like we spent a fair amount of time completing paper work and John walked use through every step. I do not remember the name of every person I encountered that day but I am completely satisfied with my experience at Planet Hyundai and would definitely recommend it to a friend. More
A Breath Of Fresh Air (Then A Whiff Of The Same Old Stink) All of the positive things about my experience at Planet Hyundai were due to my salesman, John Distel. Throughout the entire car buying process he was All of the positive things about my experience at Planet Hyundai were due to my salesman, John Distel. Throughout the entire car buying process he was nothing but helpful, honest, and straightforward. I want to make sure that everyone at PH and Hyundai knows that he did an exceptional job. However, when I got to the Finance department, things changed a little bit. Chad seemed like a decent enough guy at first but then he started in on selling me the extra warranty coverage. Long story short, I wound up agreeing but a few hours later, after careful consideration, I changed my mind. It was too expensive and something about it seemed shady. (On the front end I was being told that Hyundai's powertrain warranty was the best in the country, then I was being told it wasn't so great after all.) Anyway, I returned to the dealership and found John a couple of hours later. Again, he was totally professional, courteous, and went out of his way to address my concerns about the deal I had signed. We went through the paperwork again, line by line, and finally found a deal I was comfortable with and that I knew I could live with. When I went back to the finance office, Chad was not pleased that I had changed my mind about the extended warranty. He asked me why I had changed my mind. "I got back home, looked over the deal and the numbers and just wasn't happy with it all," I said. "OK," Chad said. "So help me understand. You saw the value in the warranty before but now you don't. What changed?" It was a fair enough question so I answered. "I just changed my mind and decided I didn't want it." He then proceeded to ask me 4 more times why I had changed my mind, claiming that my answer wasn't going to satisfy his boss when he had to explain why he didn't make the sale of the warranty. I thought this was pretty excessive. I understand he has a job to do and part of that job is to sell warranties, but I didn't want the warranty and I told him that. That should have been reason enough. In the end, I felt he was being too high-pressure about the warranty and it really left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole experience at Planet Hyundai. Once again, this has nothing to do with my salesman, John Distel. He was great. A breath of fresh air in an industry that has a bad reputation in the first place. Keep him as long as you can and maybe his integrity will rub off on everyone else there. More
Quick My SUV broke down on the freeway. Belt came off and a tension wheel on the engine broke off. That basically stopped the car. It was fixed in 3 days. N My SUV broke down on the freeway.
