After perursing their online inventory we found a couple that we were interested in. We went in the next morning an met with Mysteria who was patient with us as we test drove multiple vehicles and went through the whole loan application with us and explained the process so clearly. We were so fortunate to have found the vehicle we spent so long looking for and with such wonderful assurance! More

Better than the last Hyundai purchase experience Dean patiently worked with my wife and I while my wife shopped by color. After choosing the car, it took forever to go through financing. Very disappointing not to get finance rates at the point of deciding on the car. At 3.9%, it felt really high, given the rates at the time. Could have financed elsewhere if given the rate upfront and would improve our customer satisfaction. Also was a little disappointed in having a different color presented to us at first, even after the wife stated her color preferences right from the start. Added about 20-25 minutes to our time there. Not sure why we could pull the dealership's inventory and point out a vehicle while the dealership could not find it. But after finding the vehicle, the only additional disappointments were not knowing the rates and the long wait to get through financing. Other than that, was a great experience. More
