Her warm smile and friendly personality made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The manager, Adam, assured us that we could still talk with Lazzlo but felt fine with Mysteria. During the entire experience, she was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We were not handled by a salesperson but we felt like we were helped by a friend. I extra appreciate the extra attention she showed my wife. The extra finishing professional touch for us was provided by Cdad with the final paperwork. I will highly recommend your dealership to others. After dealing with Mysteria, there was no reason to go anywhere else. We left with a car and big smiles on pur faces. Hence, our best day ever! I was not interested in a Hyundai until I saw the lease prices that were advertised. I went into their website and they had the same prices listed. I inquired about a vehicle and a sales lady called me back. She told me the prices were incorrect. When I explained the advertisement was false, I would never have shown interest until I saw the advertised price, so I felt they were just trying to lure in customers, she told me I would have to speak with a manager, but none were there. The next day I looked up their vehicle prices and they were still listed at reduced lease prices, so I drove to the dealership to speak with a manager. I spoke with Dean Debuhr, who told me the add was incorrect, the prices shown were for vehicles with hail damage and they couldn't lease them. I asked where it said that in the add, and he told me it didn't. He said they wouldn't lease the vehicle to me at that price and then showed me a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that said they weren't responsible for errors ormistakes. I understand errors and mistakes, but the adds weren't even corrected after the errors were brought to their attentIon. Makes me wonder how many other people they have lured in with the false add. More
