After the serious problem with Hyundai Headquarters, case # 10590193 (they never answered my serious problem, that led to an accident) I said I would never buy another Hyundai. Only because of Jamie and Michael's honest concern and their professional approach, did I buy a new Santa Fe Sport and am very happy. Hyundai Headquarters get a fat "F" and Michael and Jamie get a high "A". I did a very good review of Planet Hyundai to Google and also to the BBB. More

Hyundai Review I had a good experience at Planet Hyundai. Not the biggest fan of the non negotiable price aspect. I like the idea from a business standpoint, but from consumer standpoint, it honestly made me stressed more in the process. It just seems to be a way to avoid that conversation, and to make the client feel powerless in the situation as if they can't do anything and it is "take it or leave it." I may be the only one to feel this way, but from my personal sales perspective turned to a consumer, I would have liked to have had the ball in my hands a little rather than being powerless in the sales persons hands. It is a very minor thing, and overall had a great experience. More
