Would not work with them again and would caution anyone from doing so. TLDR: Hidden markups, Gaslighting, Threats, and Lies. Firstly, they tout that they don’t have “dealer handling fees”, which is t from doing so. TLDR: Hidden markups, Gaslighting, Threats, and Lies. Firstly, they tout that they don’t have “dealer handling fees”, which is technically true but they will increase your interest rate on the back end. You can say you don’t have upfront fees, but hidden markups make you shady and not transparent. Secondly, we reserved a vehicle in transit, after it arrived we started talking final numbers. The numbers they were quoting weren’t adding up so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager continued to quote numbers that didn’t make sense and I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward and I would like my deposit refunded and his response was basically “too bad, your deposit is non-refundable, take what we are telling you or we are keeping your deposit”. At this point, I attempt to contact Shawn by phone, leaving him a voicemail expressing my concerns. No response. I respond by emailing and texting to cancel my appointment for the next day. No response until the next day in the late morning. To which the only reply is if I am moving forward with the vehicle. A blatant move to only collect my non-refundable deposit and move onto the next sucker. At this point, not wanting to lose my deposit and seeing that Shawn, manager Jon, and Planet Hyundai having no interest in hearing my concerns and only wish to gaslight and collect non-refundable deposits, I tell them to reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks into the future, at the end of February. Which their only response was, if I was planning to finalize the purchase on the new appointment, not to address my concerns. And trying to tell me that he doesn’t know if they can hold the vehicle for that long, against the terms of my reservation agreement, which they so graciously reminded me of it’s non-refund-ability previously. They eventually relented and agreed to a new appointment in 3 weeks. Over the next few days I continued to attempt to get correct numbers from them and also tell them I am considering outside financing, to which they tell me that by doing so I will forfeit some state tax incentives if I don’t go through HMF (Hyundai Motor Finance), which is just a blatant lie. After a long back and forth, they give me numbers that I know are technically wrong and HMF won’t fund, but appear acceptable and they also agreed that I would still qualify for the State Incentives with outside financing, it would just go through the state, not through them. Three weeks pass and our appointment is coming up. I give the information they request for the meeting and everything is moving forward. I am LITERALLY driving to the dealership and 15 MINUTES before our appointment they send me text saying that I was right about the math being wrong 3 weeks ago and that the numbers he sent me were wrong.(Shocker, I know) So instead of actually looking into my concerns 3 weeks ago they IMMEDIATELY resorted to gaslighting and threats. I went forward with purchasing the vehicle I wanted, not because I trusted any of them but because the vehicle was hard to find and they finally agreed to somewhat acceptable terms, which still included their scummy hidden markup in the interest rate. I look forward to my opportunity to give feedback to Hyundai USA about them. More

I felt very confident in waiting a bit to get my new car instead of just buying something else. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. I felt they were very upfront and honest about prices and fees and stuff, some other dealers wanted me to come in to discuss that, they answer my questions 1st.. More
