I been coming to Planet Honda for a little over five years. And in that short time I only experience nothing but the best. Each visit I'm in and out a hour flat. I applaud Christopher Miros on being attentive, taking initiative and being customer satisfaction oriented in getting my service issue resolved. After I had my rear brakes serviced I continued to have a s initiative and being customer satisfaction oriented in getting my service issue resolved. After I had my rear brakes serviced I continued to have a squealing brake noise. Another service advisor told me even though the front brake pads were barely worn, I would have to pay to replace them to get rid of the noise. He had an "ow well" type of attitude. This made no sense to me and made me angry. I called Christopher, who had me come back in to investigate further. He researched and found the service bulletin regarding faulty brake pads and they were replaced under warranty at no charge. He changed what would have been a bad service experience in to a positive impression of Planet Honda. This was my first visit and I will come go back again for my next service visit. More

First of all is that they charge way high than the other honda dealers in the city. Their labor charge will kill you. Then they lie to you about the warrenty. I had a power train warrenty on the car. I was the 2nd owner and this gentlemen told me that power train warranty does not get transfered from the original owner. Thankfully I referred to honda customer care and they told me this was not correct. Then came the next question. I got the explanation of charges (bill) in that the work done mentioned and the charged amount was double. I took a quote of from other dealers and the price with tax came out to be double. When asked, the people at planet honda told me that they did a lot more than what is explained in the bill so the bill is high. Now my question is that 'You should write all what is worked on and the corresponding charge to It. If its not written its not done and should not be charged for" If i would have taken the bill to some other dealer they will not know the extra work done because that is not mentioned. They still haven't given me the revised bill. The next problem. they worked on my actuator, timining belt and changed valve and according to my understanding these are the parts to Engine(replacing valve) and if that is the case it has be charged to my warrenty and not me. They said this is not covered in warranty. After i spoke to Honda customer service, i came to know that I was right and they should not have charged me the amount of $1326. In case i would not have taken the pains to call Honda customer care, I would have never come to know the facts. i am sure 90% of you would have believed honda dealer without doubts. I am still waiting for that check and everytime I call to speak with JIM, he would neither answer the call nor will he return my messages. I am writing all this so that people may be aware of the kids of fruads they do and the way to find it out asnd solve. Be aware!! More
