Part of the deal included a written agreement that the service department would cut an additional key for the car. I've been struggling to get this accomplished for over a month. On my most recent attempt, I followed the instructions given to me by the salesman and drove to the dealership on a Saturday to have the key made. Upon arrival, I called to let them know I had arrived. On the phone, I was told that they couldn't help me today because it was too busy. Then, the used car manager took the phone and started telling me that they couldn't help me. Then, he hung up on me mid-conversation. I proceeded to enter the dealership to inquire about having the key made. At this point, the used car sales manager verbally assaulted me in the used car showroom. He was yelling at the top of his lungs to the point that customers and employees in the room were all looking in his direction to see what was wrong. "We've never cut a key for a CPO car before!" "It's a Saturday and I don't have time to deal with you!" "LEAVE! Go, we're not helping you!" This man was red in the face because he was yelling so loudly. To make a long story short, I will never return to this dealership. EVER. I would rather overpay by a few hundred dollars than allow this company to receive my hard-earned money. More

After less than a week, my car had the SAME trouble. I brought it in again and was charged $400. Lionel and their manager Mark said that it was a different code causing the car trouble. What BS! In house Honda technician and staff should have diagnosed any other issues with my car upon pick up on the FIRST service. The second time I picked up the car, they gave me a long list of issues to be fixed. What I dont understand is, 1. Why am i charged for the same issue that I already paid the first time I came 2. Why were these additional issues not presented upon the first service? Too much money for poor service! Not satisfied at all! Will never go to this service center again. More

Cost: close to $5000.00 After service, the transmission had only 6 quarts instead of 8.2 as required by owner’s manual. Engine on the first week start to kind of choking between 58 and 65mph, second week VTM-4 and Engine lights went on, took back to Planet Honda after consulting a Honda technician who said it could be a valve adjustment too tight . The diagnostics were misfiring on coils 1, 4&5. They confirm the codes, and stated nothing was wrong with the valve adjustment, if they had to open it I would have to pay again (it is under warranty),that I should replace 1, 4 and 5. When I told them that #5 was brand-new then they change the answer to replace only 1 & 4, or better, yet should replace all 6 coils. They want over $900.00 for service& parts, just the coils they want $106.00 each. I paid with taxes from another Honda dealer $51.78 for the coil, I decline their price, order the remaining 5 coils and change myself. Lights went on again and engine still choking. Back to Honda explain the problems to Mark the service director. Got a call a couple days later from the service advisor saying they clear initial code when I brought the car in, and the lights went on again so they did a valve adjustment again. Went to pick up the car and cross into Mark and asked him who would pay for the coils since the replacement seems not to be necessary. He said that was no problem with the car, no lights gone on and no valve adjustment was done and walked away. He came back to the service adviser desk and repeated himself saying the opposite the service advisor had told me on the phone and in person and, if the problem persist they would had to start from scratch as a new problem or I should look for other place for service, regarding the reimbursement of the coils they could not do anything because I did that on my own even though they advised me to and, want over $900.00 for it. After all this insult he sat down on the advisor’s desk and right at my face erased the part on description of services where was “readjust valves as a precautionary measure” to “ Checked the valves as a precautionary measure” and add at the end “ Valve adjustment OK. Then he ripped of the printout and print the one he changed handle me over and walk away without saying anything else. Bottom line, by their advice all coils were changed and choking symptoms and engine lights still happen and, after the last visit where Mark said NO valve adjustment were done, no lights went on again, I been driving the car for over a week and no choking, no lights and the engine valve is a bit nosier than the first adjustment and, yes the way I see they did the valve adj again but denied because they don’t want to pay me back for their mistake and admitted they were wrong. I will never go back to that place again unless is for problems related with their service that are under warranty by them. Not so much because the service on the car since we are human beings and make mistakes but for the ruddiness of someone with a position of service director and the fact they don’t want to say they were wrong and that my $5000.00 is like nothing. More

Unfair wait for customer service 2 & 1/2 hours to change one tire is a bit excessive. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just telling it the way it is. I purchased my 2011 CRV from this dealership and since then I have never taken my car anywhere else for service, even for tires. I am completely loyal to this dealership and I'm asking myself, why? Besides, it's not like I just went there without an appointment. I wrote on the dealerships Facebook page with criticism and recommendation of my experience but, it was deleted by the dealership's customer service, immediately. After, which, I received a strongly worded email from that customer service rep. She tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong by writing my experience. This is why I'm resorting to this site. So, please, beware where you buy and whom you trust! I clearly made a mistake. I was given a 10% discount on the service by the Service Manager because of the tremendously long wait but that clearly did not satisfy me. I can't see how that would satisfy anyone?! More
I recently received excellent service @ Planet Honda for my relatively new 2013 CR-V. I brought my car in for repair and was very happy with their customer service. Although a small issue came up, Carmen, a manager in the Service Dept. was more than helpful and was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. He continues to want to make sure I remain satisfied and stays in touch. I would sincerely recommend him. Thank you!! More

By first impressions I was expecting Mike to just try to make it seem like I was incorrect in my opinion, but after a pleasant phone call Mike actually saw my views and he quickly rectified the matter. Not only did I walk away happy and satisfied, but I walked away realizing that not all car servicers are money gougers. More
