Superb Customer Experience The Service Manager(Matthew Papol) and Head Technician(Dominic) both assisted in resolving an issue with a part that I hadn't received due to my being The Service Manager(Matthew Papol) and Head Technician(Dominic) both assisted in resolving an issue with a part that I hadn't received due to my being out of the state for several months. Once the problem was recognized the part was re-ordered and without an app't they saw too it that the issue was resolved. They owned the process, apologized for the delay and exemplified quality customer service. More

Excellent service!!! I made an appointment for an oil change at Planet Honda, Route 22 on 8/31/15 at 9:45AM, When I pulled into the service area there were eight cars ahea I made an appointment for an oil change at Planet Honda, Route 22 on 8/31/15 at 9:45AM, When I pulled into the service area there were eight cars ahead of me in the drop off line area, (I thought to myself this is going to be awhile). A gentleman took my name an escorted me inside, where I checked in and within a few minutes was greeted by my service advisor Steven Delafe., He was polite, courteous and promised me that he would have me in and out as quickly as possible. Within 15 minutes Steven Delafe came to the customer service lounge and said my car was ready! I have been a Honda owner for the last 16 years and this was my best service experience at any Honda service center! More

Serviced woes Service has become problematic since the service center was made bigger. Every time I go for even just an oil change they would recommend at least 2 o Service has become problematic since the service center was made bigger. Every time I go for even just an oil change they would recommend at least 2 other things to be done for exorbitant prices like changing a simple cabin filer was gonna cost $110 w/c takes 10 minutes to do. And when I would decline their recommendations, there was always something wrong after. One time 2weeks after i went for oil change, I discovered my oil level was down to almost nothing when I only drive 15 miles a day. Another time , when I declined, oil was dripped on my driveway. Last time I went after I declined my air filter cover was not latched in, no wonder I was loosing power.. They have become untrustworthy. More
