Servicing your Car at Honda is ridiculous Getting your car serviced at Planet Honda is a three to four hour wait no matter what you are having done, from a tire change to an oil change . Yes Getting your car serviced at Planet Honda is a three to four hour wait no matter what you are having done, from a tire change to an oil change . Yes the people are courteous and friendly, but sitting in that waiting room is a nightmare with every salesman saying F.......?? The waiting room should be a friendly quiet place, knowing you are sitting their waiting three to four hours. Instead you are listening to the sales people talking about other sales people or talking a customer. I am not saying the quality of the work is not exceptional. I always return to Planet Honda for service, but I do dread sitting there. More

I services my vehicle on my only day off, which means I needed to take Steve Delafe Service Advisor was courteous and was extra attentive to my needs. I services my vehicle on my only day off, which means I needed to take my 1 year old with me. Steve was extremely friendly and helped me until I was out the door. Provided some drink vouches for myself and my little one and even took my paperwork to the Kid zone area ( by the way, excellent idea) so that i wouldn't have to drag my child plus my belongings back to the service area. Really excellent service and so attentive to my needs. Thank you Steve! More

My mother and I decided to go to the store on Rt22. Consultant Immanuel Grant approached us, In the beginning he was very polite. As soon as I said how much I wanted to spend the whole scenario changed. Immanuel stated that he wasn't able to give a quote and showed me the deals that they had, unless I was serious about taking the car home today. So I stated that I was going to take a vehicle home today. Immanuel stated he would only show me the deals if I take the car home and repeated "only if you are serious and going to take the car", so I felt insulted and left. I went next door to Hyundai which got a great service and ended up leaving with a car. It shouldn't matter if I am shopping around or if I am taking the car home the same day, I believe customer service should be equal. Concerned customer. More

I followed Stephen's advice to have preventive battery service done to extend battery longevity. All service steps were explained to me, Stephen found out that repair was covered under my warranty, which I didn't know. Service was professional. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER I called to schedule a recall with Planet Honda however I also wanted some extended warranty work done on one of my pistons. The woman I scheduled wit I called to schedule a recall with Planet Honda however I also wanted some extended warranty work done on one of my pistons. The woman I scheduled with couldn't get me in for at least 6 weeks which put me out of date on my warranty. The woman talked to the GM who assured me that they would still honor my warranty and take of me. When I got to the dealer they told me that they were not going to honor the warranty nor would they make any effort to talk to the GM or let me talk to him.......oh, and by the way we're not going to do all of the recall work we said were going to. I went back and forth them for a bit but ended up leaving VERY ANGRY and DISSATISFIED WITH THEM. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Planet Honda in the past but WILL NOT BE DOING SO AGAIN. As it is, my vehicle had the piston issue when I purchased it but Planet Honda did not bother repairing it before selling the vehicle. I will also not be referring anyone to them ever again. I will be selling or trading my vehicle as well. More
