Not having much knowledge about cars, they offered their best recommendations and made it possible for me to purchase my first car. They were very informative, patient and made it as comfortable as possible for me to take my time to look through the variety of cars. They were extremely helpful! I definitely recommend Niel and Luis to anyone who is searching for a new car. They will make this an outstanding experience. Not to mention how hard they will work for you to end up purchasing the car you desire! More
TRIED TO SCAM ME DO NOT GO HERE! Biggest rip off ever and they try to scam you. My CRV was making a loud noise and they tried to tell me it was the water pump causing DO NOT GO HERE! Biggest rip off ever and they try to scam you. My CRV was making a loud noise and they tried to tell me it was the water pump causing the noise and it needed to be replaced for $800 (along with a bunch of other things for a $1450 bill in total). I ended up taking it to Tony's Auto Repair in Scotch Plains where I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the water pump....something else was causing the noise and my bill only came out to $320. More
Don't waste your time Went in for my first service. Made an appt in advance for what amounted to an oil change with tire rotation. A 15-20 minute service. Was told when Went in for my first service. It was later in the afternoon so most of the early services should have been done. I have never had to wait more than 1/2 hr at any place I've gone to for an oil change. When I asked why the wait was told the service would take an hour!!! It may be a "free" service as part of my purchasing the car there, but would rather pay and save my time. I will not be going back for any other services. More

Managers Matt and Kelvin have helped so many times, going above and beyond the call of duty. "I needed new air filters" when I just replaced them myself I've gone to Planet Honda for a few service calls now. Even with the first appointment of the day, an oil change takes about 1.5 hours (7am - 8:30am) I've gone to Planet Honda for a few service calls now. Even with the first appointment of the day, an oil change takes about 1.5 hours (7am - 8:30am). On my visit (5/26/16), the service rep told me "the mechanic says you need to replace your air filters". I had just replaced both the cabin and air filters myself in the last few months! When I told that to the service rep, he sheepishly said "Oh, you replaced them yourself......" Also I had just installed brand new custom floor mats, and there was a shoe shaped oil stain on the driver mat. Not a stellar visit for Planet Honda! At least I had a coupon for tire rotation. I'll probably continue to go to Planet Honda because it's convenient, but at least I know to take their recommended service with a grain of salt. Caveat Emptor. More

He is that service department I've been coming to honda for many many years , had some good experiences , got bounced around a lot , treated like I wasn't important and just a numb I've been coming to honda for many many years , had some good experiences , got bounced around a lot , treated like I wasn't important and just a number only , I finally had the pleasure of meeting the twins who i found out no longer work here , great honest guys, I've yet to meet a service rep till I met Steven D who treated me with respect and made me feel at home and ease about my expenses with my car, he didn't try to shove a long list of repairs and sometimes unnecessary repairs down my throat, he took the time to break it down and helped me figure out what was best for me. Besides the twins I've never met such a knowledgeable and emphatic young man such as Steven Delafe in all my years of being a customer at planet honda , he is one of the key factors to the success of that place, honda is lucky to have him. I hope to see him every time I return!! I recommend this service Dept to anyone but only if you see Steven. Thank you!!! More
