Total Service I went to Planet to do regular maintenance and was asked if there are any issue with the car. I told Meron that I experience some problem with the hea I went to Planet to do regular maintenance and was asked if there are any issue with the car. I told Meron that I experience some problem with the head unit but not regularly. I told him I just do the reset and thing goes back ok. But he insist to check it and turns out It needs an update. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations especially for a busy highway dealership. I was surprised to learn that you don't offer loaner cars (I didn't need one anyway) but Honda's don't break down so I doubt I'll need one anyway, lol. My only other observation would be that there should be some sort of free snacks instead of that food cafe (the coffee is terrible there). Maybe a popcorn machine, cookies or granola bars, something. That's my two cents More
