My visit did not go well. I had an appointment at 1:30pm & waited until 5:00 and my car still was not serviced. I reported at about 8:30 AM for a filter and oil change, tires rotation. At 1:30pm I was told that I will be next on line to be service and it should take about another 90 minutes or more. I asked for my car keys got in the car headed for Jersey City arrived at Metro Hunda 2pm waited for the car 1 hour 10 mintues. Tjats it for Planet Honda This is not the first time for this type of Planet issue. I am done with Planet Honda on rout 22 Union NJ. Yes no more visits for service. This has been the worse customers treatment I've received and is getting worse every day. Loss of a 8 Honda car owner. More
Arrived on time for my appointment. Since dealership does not give loaner cars, needed to get a ride to and from service. Pulled into service bay behind 2 cars. 2 cars in the next bay. Aware that I was inconveniencing my friend who thought she was just picking me up and taking me home, after 10 minutes I went onto service/cashier area. Was told to just go back to car and wait. When I explained no one was checking cars in, the man apologized and said he must be busy. Ultimately left keys in overnight box and filled out form. More

Was told service would take 2.5 hours and they would call when ready. 5 hours later, after no-one had called me, I called planet Honda to find out what was going on. After being put on hold for 20 minutes I was told my car was ready but my advisor (I was never even told I had an advisor) had gone home. Guess despite being a customer for 20 years I wasn’t worth calling. This place used to be great but appears to have gone seriously downhill. Maybe they changed manager. BTW, my car interior stank of oil after I picked it up. Took 2 days to air it out More

Service was good and the car was ready on time. When I picked up the car, I noted that the tire had a gash in it (damage). When brought to the dealer’s attention, they stated it must have been there. It was not there and even the report that the dealer filled out about the condition of the tires stated the tires were in good shape. The dealer would not compensate me for the damage they caused to the tire and I was forced to replace not just 1 tire, but all four, as this is an AWD. Very disappointing and a costly mistake by the dealer; I will not be returning for service to this dealer. More
