I went there hoping to pick up a decent used car. I’d say buyer beware! They lured you in with tremendously good Online prices then want to tack on thousands not a a few hundreds dollars in fees. I understand the dealership needs to make money but trying to add fees that are just way too absorbent is not right. I was able to negotiate the price but was pointless because the sales manger just ended up taking his offer back giving me the original price and basically told me “take it or leave it”. At that point I just got up and left in shock. They would save us both time and money if they were just more upfront about it. More

We stayed after hour to close the deal and therefore, I left without the mat because I had to come back the next day to sign documents and I thought I could get them then. I came Saturday night at 6PM(appointment time), did not see finance until close to 7PM and the deal on the Mat became non-existent. I asked my sales rep and he said the shop is closed so I told him he could mail them. Sale rep said he would have to ask his manager. After finishing up with finance, I did not see my sales rep so I left thinking that he would honor part of the deal. I received call from my sales rep on Monday so I call him the next day to follow up. Again, he said he would have to check with his manager and said he would call me back. Rep sale did not called back and I had to follow up with him the next day. Now he said the manager won't allow it because it was already done deal. The Mat is around $150 and that's chump change to this dealer. they did not honor the agreement and therefore, I will not refer them to anyone who ask.
