I stopped into showroom after inquiring online about a used vehicle. After test driving car I decided to make purchase. Before taking delivery the rear bumper needed to be repainted. While doing the paperwork in addition to tax and registration there was $3,000 in dealer fees. They were document fee/ dealer prep fee etc for nitrogen inflated tires pinstripes wheel locks etc all unnecessary garbage to inflate final sale price and done without buyers knowledge or consent. On top of all this they try to justify all these extra dealer fees which cannot be justified. The only thing you should have to pay for besides the sticker price is tax and registration. The sales manager whom came over to help was very pushy and high pressure and lacked professionalism. Pushy high pressure tactics as well as added on fees at the time of sale is the reason auto salespeople have a bad reputation. When I took delivery of the vehicle the repainted bumper had orange peel and paint on the muffler very poor quality. Nitrogen inflated tires wheel locks and pinstripes etc should only be done if a buyer wants them. When it came time to get my registration and title it took way too long and I was given a lame excuse about motor vehicle being backed up which is complete nonsense. I had to wait 2 months for title. Also receptionist told me my title could be mailed to me for an additional fee versus me driving to dealership to pick it up. If someone pays $8,000 plus for a vehicle the least you can do is mail a title free of charge. Looking back I should have walked out. I do not recommend doing business with planet Honda to purchase a vehicle or get a vehicle serviced. More

The total of the lease is close to $25. 000 and the MSRP IS $32,560.00. she could have brought the car no where does this deal makes any sense 1.) Trade-in value with equity valued at $19.000 in which $3,357.30 that I owed for the remainder of the lease is rolled into the payments of the new lease. 5.) 36 months $639.00 a month is extremely high on a honda accord. 6.) $995.00 for door edge, pinstripes, and wheel locks is insane when these items come with the vehicle. complete rip-off. this is not an added accessory 7.) lied about selling the trade-in. My grandmother was done wrong with this deal. She was totally taking advantage of it. My grandmother is a previous customer with Planet Honda in which no LOYALTY was given. NEVER missed her payments with over a 750 credit score there is no way that she should have had this type of payment. We went to take the car back within the 5-day return policy which we were told that we could not as the vehicle was sold already this was a lie as I know someone that works there that advised me that the vehicle was still there at Planet Honda. Even if that was the case just give me the money back that you received for the trade so I can move on to another dealership. I understand that dealerships have to make money but to do this to a 74-year-old woman is insane. Then she gets into finance and they try to sell her a bunch of nothing for all this money. I'm really stunned by the unprofessionalism and unacceptable robbery ways with PLANET HONDA shame on FRANKY TALERICO AND THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT STAFF More
