I really like Honde but not in the HondaPlanet edition .... The purchase offers on the website are false. Very understated. The same goes for the financing options. This was a TERRIBLE experience. I was baited with an online leasing offer and met all requirements as stated in the offer. After running my credit and finalizing my application, they then began to add i online leasing offer and met all requirements as stated in the offer. After running my credit and finalizing my application, they then began to add in several hidden fees towards, rescinded the "$0 Down" offer I (over)qualified for and then presented me with a total of nearly $6,000 dollars due without being able to detail how the total was calculated (the numbers scribbled on the page they presented me with LITERALLY did not add up). Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It is clearly their motive to price gauge and bully potential customers. Also, they are not doing valid temperature checks for COVID safety. I entered the over-crowded dealership and was asked to step in a waiting area for my temperature to be checked. No one ever came to take my temperature, but a representative came back anyway with a sticker stating "I am cool enough to be here." that I was asked to wear to show that I had been checked. More
