My visit did not go well. I had an appointment at 1:30pm & waited until 5:00 and my car still was not serviced. I had to come back the next day to have my car serviced which was a major inconvenience becaus & waited until 5:00 and my car still was not serviced. I reported at about 8:30 AM for a filter and oil change, tires rotation. At 1:30pm I was told that I will be next on line to be service and it should take about another 90 minutes or more. Tjats it for Planet Honda This is not the first time for this type of Planet issue. I am done with Planet Honda on rout 22 Union NJ. Yes no more visits for service. This has been the worse customers treatment I've received and is getting worse every day. Loss of a 8 Honda car owner. More
