This is my first visit after I bought the car last year. The car has been driven over 2K miles due to the pandemic everyone is home. I only received 1 key when I bought the car and the sakes representative The car has been driven over 2K miles due to the pandemic everyone is home. I only received 1 key when I bought the car and the sakes representative told me to come back and pick up the other. The service rep tried to use my insurance that I bought for list keys to give me the other key. I refused. This is the 3rd vehicle I bought from this dealership,my 1st was in 1998. Service there ha deteriorated over time. They just sell cars now. I requested a Complimentary car wash they refused. My last purchase there if my issue is not resolved. btw I'm shopping for another car for my other teenager...smh More
