This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership. I came back because my first experience was great. This experience was just ok. Being a returning customer really didn't hold any merit so I could have just gone because my first experience was great. This experience was just ok. Being a returning customer really didn't hold any merit so I could have just gone with another make and model which I probably will once my lease is up. Since purchasing the car no one has followed up to see how I'm liking the car or anything which is totally different from my previous purchase. There are hundreds of places to purchase a car so what has to set you apart is your customer service and after this purchase I definitely think that the customer service aspect needs work. More
