Fantastic experience - wanted to do all paperwork remotely (and have the vehicle delivered to me) and the folks from Planet Honda came through with flying colors. My salesperson (Steve March) couldn't have been nicer and kept me in the loop with texts, emails and calls. His manager (Luis Astudillo) called me a couple of times to check in on some things, and the financing team (Frank Bonilla and Joshua Williams) walked me through each step patiently, and I never felt pressured to buy or that I was being upsold.
