I had the worst experience at Planet Honda. I found the car that I liked, put a big downpayment on a pre owned Honda on Saturday, but was told that the finance department went home and I need t I found the car that I liked, put a big downpayment on a pre owned Honda on Saturday, but was told that the finance department went home and I need to come back on Monday to sign the paperwork and be able to drive the car home. On Monday I got a call from Danny O Boye, saying that the finance department was on a holiday and if I could come on Wednesday to sign the papers. I made an appointment for 6 pm Wednesday. When I came right on time, Danny told me that I will have to wait 3 hours because there are people ahead of me ( appointment was at 6). I had no choice but to leave without the car. It was very unprofessional, rude and left me with a very bad taste. The manager did not seem to care at all that I had to drive 1 hour after work to the dealership, bring another person with me ( because I can not drive 2 cars back by myself) and go home empty handed, though they got my money for the car 4 days ago. Unprofessional, sleazy, do not care about their customers at all. The worst car dealership I have ever purchased the car from. More

They tried to use all kinds of scare tactics that would make you purchase all xx insurances. If you don’t carefully review the bill of sale, they will add tons of unnecessary items. Be aware of this dealership. Do not put down any money under any circumstances until you are ready to sign.,Otherwise, it would be almost impossible to get it back. More
